Our great Aunt Beaut, born in 1906, is the one who elevated our family's chicken sandwich craft to an art form. We fondly dubbed her Bossy, and Bossy Beaut was always right, especially when it came to her world-famous fried chicken sammie.

In her spirit, we are one thing: a no-nonsense chicken sandwich. All-natural chicken, served spanking-fresh, dipped in buttermilk and breaded by hand to seal in the juices, with just enough seasoning to complement the natural flavor without stealing the show.
